Jenny Greminger

Jenny Greminger is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at State Farm since 2004, where Jenny currently serves as Vice President of Administrative Services and Public Affairs. In this role, Jenny leads a comprehensive department that provides fifty-two support services, overseeing a workforce of over 2000 employees across more than 100 locations and managing an annual budget exceeding $2 billion. Jenny has a strong focus on leadership development, talent management, and business continuity. Previous positions include Vice President of Operations and Assistant Vice President of Administrative Services, contributing to operational efficiency and procurement strategies. Jenny also participated in the International Women’s Forum Leadership Fellows program in 2022-2023 and holds multiple advanced degrees, including an Executive MBA from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Iowa State University.
