Sam Howard

Sam Howard is a Director of Data Science at State Farm®, where they lead teams of Data Scientists focused on business-specific portfolios using advanced analytics. Previously, Sam served in various roles within State Farm, including Director of Strategic Resources, where they emphasized data management and advanced analytics to improve organizational decision-making. Their career began in the US Navy as a Sonar Technician, followed by technical roles at Fike & Fike, Inc. and a series of leadership positions at State Farm. Sam holds a BA from Eastern Illinois University and has continuously sought to learn and grow throughout their career.
