Shannon Murphy

Shannon Murphy is a seasoned UX Architect with extensive experience in product design, UX strategy, and research. Currently working at State Farm, Shannon creates high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, optimizing the claims management experience by collaborating across multiple teams. Previously, Shannon held key design roles at various companies including Custom Ink, Right Networks, and Intralinks, where they led design teams and developed user-centered experiences for diverse platforms. Shannon completed a BA in Sociology at Framingham State University and is pursuing an Applied Photography Program at THEIA Studios.
