Stateful is a robotics software company developing a decision intelligence engine for mobile robots operating in dynamic, real-world environments. The company spun-out from the University of Oxford in 2025, where the founding team spent more than a decade working on autonomous systems, from quadrupedal robots and underwater vehicles to self-driving cars.
The Stateful platform enables organisations to define missions, deploy robots reliably, and continuously improve operational performance. Stateful’s technology is designed to help robotics scale across industries, including infrastructure, energy, logistics, agriculture, and healthcare.
