Dave S.

Dave S. has a diverse range of work experience in software engineering roles. Dave started their career at Sybase in 1997, where they were responsible for the design and implementation of Sybase Replication products. Dave then worked at StillSecure, a startup, as a Senior Software Engineer and team lead, where they led a team of software and QA engineers and improved the stability, quality, and performance of a Linux-based Intrusion Detection and Prevention network appliance. After that, Dave joined SAP in 2006 as a Senior Staff Software Engineer and Development Architect, where they delivered systems management and monitoring solutions for SAP HANA and Database Platform technologies. In 2014, they moved to Formation Data Systems, where they served as a Member of Technical Staff and led the design and implementation of a distributed event logging and management service. In 2017, they joined Return Path as a Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of core email deliverability and optimization platform products. Currently, Dave is working at Stateless as a Senior Software Engineer.

Dave S. attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1991 to 1997. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science. Their field of study focused on Computer Science.
