Shawna Camp-

Shawna Camp, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR and operations leader with extensive experience in various roles within human resources, management, and marketing. Currently serving as the President Elect and previously as Marketing and Membership Director at Stateline SHRM since August 2022, Shawna has also held senior positions at Other World Computing, where responsibilities spanned from VP of People and Executive Operations to Human Resources Director. With a strong track record in employee programs, recruiting, retention strategies, and legal compliance, Shawna has effectively managed HR functions at several organizations, including Andres Medical Billing Ltd and Midwest Masonry, Inc., where management of personnel and financial responsibilities were key duties. Shawna holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
