Pia Kofoed

Pia Kofoed is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT-medarbejder and IT-konsulent at Statens It since November 2020. With a robust background in IT support spanning several years, Pia has worked in various roles such as IT-supporter at Ørsted and DONG Energy, and has provided first-line telephone support in different organizations including Region Hovedstaden and ATP. Pia has a strong focus on customer service and has developed expertise in troubleshooting, installation of hardware/software, and user support in complex program portfolios.
