Stine Marconini Bjerke has extensive experience in the IT industry, with a focus on system development and architecture. We manage occupational pensions for current and former employees of government institutions, higher education (teachers), research institutions, pharmacies and other organizations connected to the public sector. We are an organization under the Norwegian Department for Employment and Inclusion and our mandate is set by the Norwegian parliament. We manage pensions for around 1.300 organizations and more than 1.1 million current and former employees in the public sector. The SPK scheme is a pay-as-you-go system financed by contributions from employees, employers, and the Norwegian state. We are 500 emloyees, located in Skøyen, Oslo.
