Taina Virtanen

Taina Virtanen is an experienced communications and operations developer with a strong background in organizational communication and change management. Currently serving as a verksamhetsutvecklare at Statens servicecenter since January 2020, Taina provides communication support for major projects and manages internal communications. Previous roles include operations developer at Försäkringskassan, where Taina facilitated service cooperation, and communications manager for various organizations, including TeliaSonera and Telenor, with a focus on internal communication and project management. Taina holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration focused on Communications from Helsinki School of Economics, alongside various certifications in internal communication and pedagogy. Currently, Taina is pursuing a degree in translation with a specialization in Finnish at Stockholm University.
