Snorre Hansen

Snorre Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Snorre started their career as a Roadworks Assistant at Hamar kommune in 1998. Snorre then worked as a Lab Assistant for Statens Kornforretning before becoming an Assistant at Agro Bark as. In 1998, they also worked as a Paper Carrier for Mjøs Distribusjon. From 1999 to 2000, they were a Civil Worker at Hagen Barnepsykiatriske Behandlingshjem. Snorre then worked as a Production Assistant at Hedmark Elementbygg AS and as an Office Assistant at Gilde Hed-Opp. In 2005, they briefly served as an Executive Officer at Fylkessjefen for videregående opplæring, Hedmark. From 2006 to 2012, they were a Senior Executive Officer at NTNU. Currently, Snorre works as a Principal Engineer at Statens vegvesen, where they have been employed since 2012.

Snorre Hansen completed their MSc degree in Technical Physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between the years 2000 and 2005. Prior to that, they attended Hamar Katedralskole from 1995 to 1998, where they studied Allmennfag.

Statens vegvesen - Norwegian Public Roads Administration

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of the national and county road networks, vehicle inspection and requirements, driver training and licensing. It is also authorized to grant subsidies for ferry operations. The Public Roads Administration is under the leadership of the Directorate of Public Roads, which is an autonomous agency subordinated the Ministry of Transport and Communication. The Public Roads Administration encompasses five regional offices.
