Wayne Heath is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in energy storage solutions and installation services. Currently serving as a Senior Battery Storage Engineer and Battery Team Leader for Statera Energy Operations since August 2021, Wayne previously held positions as an Energy Storage Engineer at NEC Energy Solutions for a brief period in June 2021 and at BYD UK from January 2020 to June 2021. Wayne's career began as the Head Installation Engineer at DIRECT STAIRLIFTS LTD, where responsibilities included the nationwide delivery and installation of healthcare and mobility equipment from January 2009 to January 2017. Educated at Brunts, Wayne has developed a strong foundation in engineering and project execution throughout the professional journey.
