Nick Scott

Nick Scott serves as the CEO and Principal Consultant at ShiftFlow Innovation and Design since November 2021, while also holding an Associate position at Think Digital and a Board Member role at Code for Canada. As a Fellow at States of Change since August 2023, Nick contributes to a global network of public innovators. Previous experience includes positions as Team Treasurer for the Fredericton District Soccer Association, part-time lecturer at the University of New Brunswick, Director of Innovation Services at the Canada School of Public Service, and Executive Director of Open Government and Innovation for the Government of New Brunswick. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Sociology from Acadia University, a Management Development Program from the University of New Brunswick, and an Honours degree in Sociology and Native Studies from St. Thomas University.
