Paul Roth

Paul Roth is an experienced leasing executive at Statewide Enterprises since September 2017, utilizing AppFolio for the management of approximately 140 properties. As a self-employed Salesforce consultant since August 2016, Paul has also shaped the development of company-wide CRM solutions. Prior to this, Paul served as Chief Information Officer at Chesapeake Systems from August 2002 to July 2016, overseeing the transition from an on-premise FileMaker system to a robust Salesforce platform, and has held various leadership roles within the company, including Chief Operations Officer and Technical Services Manager. Additionally, Paul provided part-time DJ services for Gottaswing LLC from November 2004 to December 2014, specializing in swing music from the 1920s to the 1940s. Paul holds a degree from The Johns Hopkins University, completed in 1998, and graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 1993.
