Penelope de Luna

Penelope de Luna has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Penelope currently serves as the Director of Partnerships at Statflo, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SOTI from 2018 to 2022, holding positions such as Senior Manager, OEM Partnerships and Global Strategic Alliances Manager. At SOTI, they were responsible for redesigning the Strategic Alliances Program and establishing a partner management lifecycle. Penelope also collaborated with the Research & Innovation team to develop partner solutions for SOTI's IoT management platform.

Before their time at SOTI, Penelope worked at Counter Design Studio from 2014 to 2017 as the Director of Sales & Business Development. Their focus there was to enter the Enterprise market and position the company as a leader in user experience consulting for corporate training.

From 2004 to 2014, Penelope worked at BlackBerry in various roles. Penelope was a Senior Alliances Manager, leading the strategic relationship with global System Integrator CSC. Penelope also served as an Alliance Manager, tasked with partner recruitment and integration. In addition, they were a Senior BlackBerry Sales Consultant, responsible for building the outbound sales team and achieving revenue targets.

Penelope started their career at IBM in 2002 as a Sales Lead Development professional. Prior to that, they gained teaching experience at the University of Waterloo as a Lab Instructor, teaching computer science courses to university students.
