Mike Rials has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Currently, they serve as the Vice President Strategic Initiatives at STATinMED, where they play a key role in driving the company's strategic initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Director, Strategic Operations at STATinMED, where they contributed to the development and execution of operational strategies.

Before joining STATinMED, Mike held various positions at the Brain Performance Institute. Mike served as the Head of Business Operations, where they analyzed and reengineered operational procedures to enhance business outcomes. In their role as the Head of Training Operations, they transformed research programs and successfully raised over 5 million dollars for the programming budget.

Mike's previous experience includes working as a Program Manager at the Center for BrainHealth, where they developed an operational roadmap and effectively increased lead generation. Additionally, they have experience in the education sector, having served as a Financial Aid Specialist/Student Veterans Co-Founder at The University of Texas at Dallas. Here, they transformed standard operating procedures and established a productive relationship between the University and the Veterans Affairs (VA) to support student veterans. Mike also founded and led the Student Veterans Organization.

Mike's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Marine Corps Infantry and gained valuable experience in leadership and discipline.

Mike Rials holds a Master of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, with a minor in Criminology, at The University of Texas at Dallas in 2012.
