Matt Leducq

Matt Leducq is an advisor at Station A, a company that is working to transition the world to 100% clean energy. Matt has over 25 years of experience in the energy industry, including stints at NRG Energy and Spirae.

Leducq began their career in the energy industry in the early 1990s. After a few years working in various roles, they joined NRG Energy in 2014 as the vice president of innovation implementation and director of the Station A Group. Station A's mission is to automate the clean energy project development process and mitigates the challenge of project soft costs.

During their time at NRG Energy, Leducq helped to develop the Station A platform, which has been used to develop over 2,000 MW of clean energy projects. Matt left NRG Energy in 2018 and joined Spirae as a board member. Matt is currently an advisor at Station A.

Matt Leducq graduated from Bronxville High School and then went on to earn their bachelor's degree in global economics and Spanish literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After working for a few years, they decided to pursue their MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
