Aaron Losch

Aaron Losch is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in high-end dining and hospitality. Currently serving as Assistant Executive Chef at Station Casinos since October 2022, Losch previously held the position of Director of Culinary Operations and Assistant Executive Chef at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino from July 2015 to August 2022. Other notable roles include Corporate Executive Chef at Alex Stratta Restaurant Group, Executive Chef at T-bones Chophouse in Red Rock Casino, and Executive Chef at the Buffet in Wynn Las Vegas. Losch's career also includes positions as Chef de Cuisine at Renaissance Las Vegas, Executive Sous Chef at BOA Steakhouse, and Sous Chef at Piero Selvaggio’s Restaurant Group. Educational credentials include training from the Western Culinary Institute following graduation from Port Angeles High School.
