Michelle Flater is a seasoned professional in regulatory compliance with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Regulatory Compliance at Station Casinos since July 2022, Michelle previously held multiple roles at Wynn Las Vegas from November 2014 to May 2022, including Executive Director and Director of Regulatory Compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Compliance at SLS Las Vegas, Compliance Manager at both SLS Las Vegas and Golden Gaming Inc., and Executive Assistant/Accounting at Sartini Enterprises, Inc. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
