Phil Fortino

Phil Fortino serves as the Corporate Senior Vice President of Labor Relations and Strategy at Station Casinos since September 2019, where notable achievements include the development of new employee, compensation, and benefit programs that have resulted in recognition as the #1 employer in gaming and #2 overall in Nevada. Prior roles include Corporate Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Eldorado Resorts, Inc., Affinity Gaming, and Tropicana Entertainment, Inc., as well as positions at Global Work/Life Solutions and Resorts International/Colony Capital. Fortino began a career in human resources at Hyatt Gaming and Empress Entertainment Casinos. Phil Fortino holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Juniata College.
