Gregory Crippen

UI/UX Designer at Station Digital Media

Gregory Crippen has had a varied career in the design industry. In 2005, they began their career as a Graphic Designer at McGraw Hill Higher Education, where they designed covers, title, and copyright pages for higher education textbooks. In 2007, they moved on to become an Associate Art Director at New Jersey Monthly Magazine, where they worked with multiple editors and writers to express their stories with design and visuals. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Liquid Church as both an Art Director and Media Designer, where they cast vision and led the charge for a rebrand and designed an $8,000,000 capital campaign. In 2020, they completed an UI/UX Design Course at Springboard, which covered design thinking process, user research, data analytics, and usability testing. In 2021, they began working as a UI/UX Designer at Station, and later at Languify, where they teamed up with two other Springboard students to redesign Languify's main web application and took on the Team Lead role.

Gregory Crippen obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rutgers University in 2005, majoring in Fine Arts and Graphic Design. Gregory then went on to obtain a Certification in UI/UX Design from Springboard in 2021.
