Nikita Yadav has worked in a variety of roles in the past 8 years. In 2014, they began their career as a Project Officer at Institute for Rural India Skills, Entrepreneurship and Education (iRISEe). A year later, they moved to Vimarsh Development Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Research Associate. In 2016, they were a Senior Program Officer at Association for Stimulating Know How (ASK). In 2018, they became a Manager at Bharti Foundation. In 2020, they joined IPE Global Limited as a Project Manager and is currently an Associate Product Manager at Statiq since 2022.

Nikita Yadav is currently pursuing a Product Management and Development degree at the Indian School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Sociology from the Delhi School of Economics in 2015. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Miranda House College in 2013. In addition, they obtained a Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in May 2022.
