Aditya Ghai has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Aditya began their career as a Systems Engineer at Infosys in 2009, where they played a key role in gathering business requirements and analyzing IT issues for a healthcare client. Aditya demonstrated their problem-solving skills by suggesting and implementing effective solutions in various programming languages. Within four months, they were appointed as a Shift Lead, showcasing their leadership abilities.

In 2012, Aditya joined Citi as a Management Intern, gaining exposure to the financial industry. Aditya later joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Relationship Manager in 2013, where they focused on Priority Banking.

Aditya returned to Citi in 2014 as a Business Development Manager, specializing in IT, E-commerce, and Digital Technology. Aditya further enhanced their expertise in this field as a Relationship Manager from 2016 to 2017.

Continuing their career progression, Aditya joined Statista in 2018 as a Sales Manager. Aditya quickly excelled in their role and was promoted to Senior Sales Manager in 2018. Aditya currently serves as the Head of Sales for India & South Asia at Statista, where they lead a team of 10 Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives. Aditya is responsible for driving sales, strategy, and marketing efforts in the region.

Throughout their career, Aditya has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of business development and sales.

Aditya Ghai pursued their education in a systematic manner, focusing on both technical and managerial aspects. Aditya began their educational journey in 2005, attending Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. From 2005 to 2009, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics.

After gaining a solid foundation in technology, Aditya decided to further enhance their skills by pursuing a Master's degree. In 2011, they joined the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Over a span of two years, from 2011 to 2013, they successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing.
