Bernhard Geisenhofer

Bernhard Geisenhofer has a range of work experience in recruitment and change management. Bernhard started their career as an International Recruiter at Statista in 2021, where they later became a Senior International Recruiter and then the Team Lead Sales Recruiting. In these roles, they were responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leading the sales recruiting team, and producing monthly KPI reports. Prior to their time at Statista, Bernhard worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Cathcart Technology, specializing in the renewable energy market, particularly solar energy. Bernhard also gained experience as a Change Management Intern at BMW Group. Overall, Bernhard has developed expertise in recruitment, leadership, and change management throughout their career.

Bernhard Geisenhofer began their education in 2011 at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Bernhard completed this program in 2015. Subsequently, from 2015 to 2017, they attended the International School of Management, Germany, and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Psychology & Management. Finally, in 2016 and 2017, they attended Edinburgh Napier University, where they completed a Master of Science degree in Management.
