Fabian Abel

Fabian Abel is an accomplished Engineering Director with extensive experience in data science and engineering. They have held leadership positions at NEW WORK SE, where they are currently the Director of Engineering for Content Discovery, and previously served as Director of Data in the Jobs Marketplace. Fabian also contributed as a Web Science Researcher at L3S Research Center and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at TU Delft focusing on user modeling and personalization. Their foundational education includes a Ph.D. in Data Mining and Information Retrieval, as well as a Master’s in Computer Science, both from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
