Guillermo J. Salas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Guillermo J. began their career in 2011 as a Sports Writer for Diario TalCual. In 2012, they co-founded and served as Director for Editorial PPRS 86 S.A. / Revista InterLigas, where they successfully launched and managed a print amateur sports magazine. Guillermo J. led a team of writers, photographers, and designers, overseeing product development and go-to-market strategies. Guillermo J. also achieved significant sales success, meeting 50% of ad revenue quota for InterLigas magazine. Guillermo J. created an innovative digital format to expand the magazine's reach.

In 2013, Guillermo joined Coma Cuisine C.A. as the Marketing Director, where they oversaw marketing initiatives for the company. In 2016, they worked as a Client Experience Analysis MBA Intern at Pitney Bowes. Then, in 2018, they joined Statista as a Key Account Manager. Over the years, they have progressed within the company and is currently serving as the Associate Director of Sales, a position they have held since February 2022.

Guillermo J. Salas has a diverse educational background. Guillermo J. first attended Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola from 1992 to 2005, where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Universidad Monteávila, graduating in 2011.

In 2005, Salas also undertook the Cours de Civilisation Française program at Université Paris-Sorbonne, focusing on French Studies for a year.

Seeking further education, Salas attended Boston College Carroll School of Management from 2015 to 2017, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Business Administration and Management.

Continuing their academic journey, Salas pursued a Master of Science in Project Management from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology between 2018 and 2020.

In addition to their degrees, Salas also obtained an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in June 2017.
