Ingo Schellhammer

Ingo Schellhammer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company until 2006. In 2007, they joined Beiersdorf and held various positions, including Head of R&D IT and Director Global R&D Controlling / IT. Ingo also served as the Director IT Governance and Manager Enterprise Architecture during their time at Beiersdorf. From 2017 to 2018, Ingo worked at Beiersdorf Shared Services GmbH as the Director of Global Application Management and later as the Director of Digital Workplace and Process Integration. In 2018, they joined XING as the VP of Technology before moving to NEW WORK SE in 2019, where they served as the VP Technology Core and later as the SVP Marketplace Execution. Currently, they work as the CTO at Statista since 2023.

Ingo Schellhammer obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Chemoinformatics from the University of Hamburg, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Diplom degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik at the University of Münster, spanning from 1995 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued a Diplôme in Betriebswirtschaft at Montpellier Business School from 1997 to 1998.
