Jonathan Rooney

Jonathan Rooney has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jonathan started their career as an Intern at Coventry City Football Club, where they worked as an Accounts Assistant for a three-month internship in 2009.

Rooney then joined Marcus Evans in 2011 as a Sales Manager specializing in the Financial Services sector. Jonathan held this position for three years before moving on to Progressive Digital Media in 2014. At Progressive Digital Media, Rooney worked as a Business Development Manager for ten months.

In 2015, Rooney joined Statista as a Senior Business Development Manager, focusing on the Financial Services, Insurance, and Real Estate industries. Jonathan stayed in this role until 2018, acquiring extensive experience and expertise. From 2019 to 2023, Rooney served as the Group Sales Director at Statista, overseeing sales operations.

Currently, Rooney holds the position of Head of Sales at Statista, a role they assumed in January 2023. Given their varied roles and responsibilities, Jonathan Rooney has gained significant experience in sales and business development within diverse industries.
