Madhumitha Jaganmohan

Madhumitha Jaganmohan, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various research roles. Madhumitha started in 2008 as a Research Associate at Ashoka Trust for Research in Ecology and the Environment, where they worked until 2009. In 2011, they returned to the same organization as a Senior Research Associate and stayed until 2013. From 2013 to 2018, Madhumitha worked as a Research Scientist at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research (UFZ). In 2019, they joined Statista as a Researcher and later transitioned into a Hiring Manager role in 2021.

Madhumitha Jaganmohan, PhD earned their Bachelor's degree from St. Josephs Arts & Science College, specializing in Chemistry, Environmental Science, and Zoology. Madhumitha then pursued a Master's degree in Environmental Science at Bangalore University from 2009 to 2011. In 2013, Madhumitha joined the Helmholtz Interdisciplinary Graduate School for Environmental Research (HIGRADE) and obtained a graduate certificate. During the same period, they enrolled at The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, where they completed their doctoral studies in Natural Sciences, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 2018.
