Tim Leonard

Tim Leonard is the Assistant Director at Statistics Canada, where they have worked since 2021, overseeing the Centre for Indigenous Statistics and Partnerships. Previously, they served as a Senior Research Manager at Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada from 2016 to 2021, managing the Statistics and Measurement Section. Tim has also held the position of Manager for the Aboriginal Peoples Survey and the Canadian Survey on Disability. Additionally, Tim is the Chief Instructor at Toshikai Dojo of Ottawa since 1996. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's degree in Sociology at the University of Manitoba.
