Helga Stenseth

Helga Stenseth is an experienced executive in the energy sector, currently serving as SVP and Head of Asset Exposure Management at Statkraft since August 2013, with a robust background that includes roles such as SVP for Corporate Strategy and Analysis, SVP for Corporate Audit, and VP for Strategy Development. Stenseth has also held significant positions at Skagerak Energi and the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, where responsibilities ranged from policy direction to management of the Energy and Water Resources Department. Previous roles include serving as an Energy Advisor at the Permanent Norwegian Delegation to the OECD, where engagement with the International Energy Agency was key, along with positions at the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy overseeing external conditions for power producers. Stenseth began a career in management consulting at A.T. Kearney and possesses a Master's degree in Industrial Economy and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
