Marthe Hoff is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and trading sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President International at Statkraft since February 2016, Hoff manages Trading & Origination and Energy Management operations in Brazil, Peru, Chile, and India. Previously, Hoff was a member of the Board of Directors for EAM Solar ASA from October 2013 to May 2016 and held several impactful leadership roles at Statoil from April 1990 to January 2016, including Vice President of Macro and Energy Market Analysis, VP of Crude Oil Trading for Europe and Asia, and President of Statoil Asia Pacific Plt Ltd. Hoff also served as Chair of the Board of Directors at Gasnor AS and held positions in the Board and Audit Committee of Statoil Fuel & Retail ASA. Hoff holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and has a foundational education from the University of Lausanne.
