Thomas Brennan

Thomas Brennan has extensive experience in property management and valuation, currently serving as a Land Procurement Officer at Statkraft since September 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas worked as a Stakeholder Specialist at ESB Renewables from June 2019 to September 2022, focusing on onshore wind property and stakeholder management in Ireland and the UK. Thomas's career began as an Assistant Property Surveyor at CIE Group Property Department, followed by significant roles at Brennan Auctioneers & Valuers and ESB International, where responsibilities included auctioneering, valuing hydro properties, and managing various property transactions. Thomas holds two diplomas in Property Surveying & Estate Management and Property Valuation & Estate Management from LIT and completed a Leaving Certificate at Castlecomer Community School.
