Tobias Persson

Tobias Persson is an experienced professional in the field of market risk, currently serving as the Head of Market Risk Origination & Assets at Statkraft since August 2014. In this role, Tobias leads the Middle Office team responsible for overseeing European assets and has held various positions, including Manager Market Risk Origination South and Section Manager - Risk Management Assets. Beginning as a Risk Analyst and progressing to Senior Risk Analyst, Tobias has specialized in reporting and analyzing profit and loss along with risk for portfolios associated with the Nordic hydro fleet. Prior experience includes a role as a Graduate Trainee and Summer Intern at Perstorp Group from 2007 to 2013. Educationally, Tobias holds a Master of Science in Engineering Mathematics from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University.
