Xiaolin Chen

Xiaolin Chen is the Forecast Manager at Statkraft, a position held since 2018. They previously served as a Senior Analyst in Demand Forecasting at EDF Energy from 2014 to 2018 and as a Modeller/Analyst at Bloomberg New Energy Finance from 2011 to 2014. Xiaolin gained research experience as a Research Assistant and later as a Research Associate at the University of Bristol while also being a visiting student at Pennsylvania State University in 2009. They earned a PhD in Signal Processing and Computer Science from the University of Bristol, an MSc in Microelectronics Systems Design from the University of Southampton, and a BEng in Information Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
