Gavin Hunt

Gavin Hunt is an experienced construction and operations professional, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at STATOM Group Ltd since October 2025. Prior to this role, Gavin held several positions at Chartway Partnerships Group from November 2022 to October 2025, including Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Operations Director. From August 2004 to October 2022, Gavin worked at Foundation Developments Ltd, initially as Operations Director and previously as Senior Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager. Additionally, Gavin served as Technical Director at WOLDINGHAM HOMES LIMITED, a subsidiary of the FDL Group, from January 2016 to October 2022. Educationally, Gavin earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Quantity Surveying and Information Technology from the University of Greenwich.
