Ann-Kristin Losen Moholdt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ann-Kristin Losen began their career as a Pedagogical-Psychological Counselor at Steinkjer kommune in 1997. In 1998, they joined Klæbu kommune, where they held various positions, including Group Leader for PPT and Unit Manager for Health and Family Services. In 2015, Ann-Kristin Losen Moholdt joined Statped, starting as a Head of Section and progressing to become a Senior Advisor and ultimately the Head of Department. Ann-Kristin Losen held this position until their role transitioned to Head of Department again in 2020. In 2021, they resumed their position as Head of Department at Statped.

Later, in 2012-2014, they enrolled in the program "Veksthus for ledere" at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, focusing on Municipal Leadership.

Throughout 2016-2017, Ann-Kristin engaged in a series of courses at NTNU, delving into Audiopedagogy, Hearing Impairment - Language and Communication, and Smart Learning.

In 2018, they participated in an introductory course in sign language (Trinn 1, 2, and 3) provided by Statped.

Pursuing a more comprehensive understanding of leadership, Ann-Kristin completed an Assessment Center program at Autentica in 2019, emphasizing Leader Development.

Finally, in 2020, they attended the University of Agder (UiA) for a Continuing Education program, focusing on Digital Competence.
