Ann-Kristin Losen Moholdt has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ann-Kristin Losen began their career as a Pedagogical-Psychological Counselor at Steinkjer kommune in 1997. In 1998, they joined Klæbu kommune, where they held various positions, including Group Leader for PPT and Unit Manager for Health and Family Services. In 2015, Ann-Kristin Losen Moholdt joined Statped, starting as a Head of Section and progressing to become a Senior Advisor and ultimately the Head of Department. Ann-Kristin Losen held this position until their role transitioned to Head of Department again in 2020. In 2021, they resumed their position as Head of Department at Statped.
Ann-Kristin Losen Moholdt has a diverse education history, with a focus on areas such as digital competence, leadership development, sign language, hearing impairment, smart learning, and psychology. Their educational journey began in 1988 at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where they pursued a Master's Degree in Psychology, completing it in 1996.
In 2008-2009, Ann-Kristin undertook an additional educational program at NTNU, specializing in Anxiety and School Refusal. Continuing their pursuit of further knowledge, in 2010 they completed a postgraduate program at NTNU in Administration, Expert Work, and Project Work.
Later, in 2012-2014, they enrolled in the program "Veksthus for ledere" at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway, focusing on Municipal Leadership.
Throughout 2016-2017, Ann-Kristin engaged in a series of courses at NTNU, delving into Audiopedagogy, Hearing Impairment - Language and Communication, and Smart Learning.
In 2018, they participated in an introductory course in sign language (Trinn 1, 2, and 3) provided by Statped.
Pursuing a more comprehensive understanding of leadership, Ann-Kristin completed an Assessment Center program at Autentica in 2019, emphasizing Leader Development.
Finally, in 2020, they attended the University of Agder (UiA) for a Continuing Education program, focusing on Digital Competence.

Statped
Statped gir støtte og tjenester til kommuner og fylkeskommuner som fremmer læring til barn og elever med varige og komplekse spesialpedagogiske behov. Vi bidrar til at barn og elever får opplæring i og på tegnspråk − både i et norsk/samisk og norsk tegnspråklig fellesskap. Statped gir kommuner og fylkeskommuner læremidler og pedagogisk materiell til tegnspråklige, blinde og sterkt svaksynte barn og elever. I løpet av et år har vi oppdrag hos pedagogisk-psykologisk tjeneste i nær sagt alle landets kommuner. Basert på vitenskapelig og erfaringsbasert kunnskap og lokal innsikt gir vi innspill til Kunnskapsdepartementet om å utvikle politikk og regelverk i sektoren.
