Goutham Bala

Goutham Bala is an experienced IT professional specializing in DevOps and systems engineering, currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Stats NZ since December 2021. Prior to this role, Goutham held positions at Fusion5 as Infrastructure Solutions Lead and ICT Consultant, and at Cognizant as a Technical Lead and Senior System Engineer, where responsibilities included application integration, service delivery metrics establishment, disaster recovery planning, and operational procedure implementation. Goutham has a strong foundation in server and network infrastructure management, having worked with various clients to ensure high-quality service delivery in compliance with ITIL standards.
