Neil Waddy

Neil Waddy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Workplace & Travel at Stats Perform since November 2006. Notably, Neil played a key role in the consolidation projects with C-level executives and supported the establishment of the EMEA office in Limerick, Ireland. With a background as IT Manager for Global Operations following the acquisition of STATS by Vista Equity Partners in 2014, Neil contributed to significant mergers including the purchase of Prozone Sports. Previously, Neil served as Systems Manager for Warner Leach Limited, where involvement in a joint venture led to the creation of STATS Europe, which included establishing multiple offices and migrating services to a shared platform. Neil's career began as a Support Officer at Paradigm-ICT, progressing through Progrid Limited and Azzurri Communications. Neil holds an NVQ from Hull Training and a GNVQ from Cottingham High School.
