Alexa Diaz

Alexa Diaz is a seasoned professional in the soccer industry, currently serving as a Business Development Representative at STATSports since February 2024 and as Vice Chair for the Women's Community at United Soccer Coaches since January 2022. As Co-Founder of A&B Mentoring, Alexa guides individuals through an online mentorship program focused on soccer training, college recruiting, and coaching evolution. Previous roles include Director of League and Player Development at Girls Academy, College Program Director at Weston FC, and National Team Administrator for the U.S. Soccer Federation. Alexa also has experience in education, having worked as a 5th Grade Math Teacher at IDEA Public Schools. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Seattle Pacific University.
