Daryle Hawkins has worked in the design and entertainment industries since 2009. Daryle began their career as a student athlete at the University of Oregon Athletic Department in 2009. In 2014, they worked as a Jr Boothologist at Boothster, Print & Pattern Assistant Developer at Nike, and Product Design Intern at RTC. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Nike as an Apparel Graphic Designer + Digital Captain NikeLab/Catalyst, Apparel Graphic Designer NCAA/NFL, and Graphic Design Assist NCAA FB. In 2018, Hawkins founded Hawkins Collective LLC, where they work as an Art Director and provides freelance art direction and consulting for various clients in the entertainment, sports, hospitality, and non-profit industries. Daryle specializes in brand strategy, design storytelling, and brand identity systems for personal brands, small businesses, and corporations. Daryle also creates brand, graphic, and photography assets for social, digital, and experience marketing campaigns, and leads teams of contributors/contractors across international time zones to deliver multiple campaigns. In 2022, they began working as an Art Director at StatusPRO.

Daryle Hawkins attended the University of Oregon from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Product Design and Material Studies with a minor in Business. Daryle then returned to the University of Oregon from 2013 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design. Prior to this, they attended Omaha Central High.
