Jordan Steffy

Jordan Steffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various industries, specializing in industrial innovation, sustainability, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Tekfen Ventures since February 2022, Jordan also holds the position of Strategic Advisor at StatusPRO, a sports technology and gaming company. As the Founder of DAIS - Diversity and Inclusion Strategies, Jordan focuses on enhancing organizational diversity and inclusivity to boost profitability. Additionally, Jordan co-founded Xylem - The Mentor App, aimed at transforming the mentoring landscape, and founded ATTOLLO PREP, which strives to build a pipeline of diverse leaders. Previous roles include Business Strategist at Accountable Health Solutions, Director of Sport and Entertainment at Platinum Lifestyle Management, and involvement in Under Armour’s Rookie's Program. Jordan holds an MBA in Social Enterprise and Healthcare from Columbia Business School and master's and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland in Real Estate Development and Kinesiology, respectively.
