Marlon Schumacher's work experience begins in 2016 with an internship at trias gGmbH in management. In 2017, they worked as a research assistant at Fraunhofer IPA, providing project management assistance. In 2018, they worked as a working student at Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG, where they analyzed customer and user data, developed and evaluated tariff measures, and assisted in project planning and implementation. In 2018, they also worked as a tutor at the University of Stuttgart, focusing on statistical methodology. In 2019, they worked as a data analyst intern at PwC in business analytics. Finally, in 2019, they joined statworx as a junior consultant in data science, eventually progressing to the roles of consultant and senior consultant.
Marlon Schumacher obtained a Master of Arts degree in Empirical Political and Social Science from the University of Stuttgart, starting in 2017 and completing it in 2020. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, Marlon attended the same University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Marlon Schumacher has also obtained several certifications. In March 2022, Marlon obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate" certification from Microsoft. In January 2022, Marlon earned a certification in Data Science from IBM. Before that, in May 2021, Marlon obtained the "Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft. In February 2021, Marlon achieved the "Professional Scrum Product Owner I" certification from Scrum.org. Prior to that, in May 2020, Marlon obtained the "Professional Scrum Master I" certification from Scrum.org. Furthermore, in August 2019, Marlon earned the "Dataiku DSS Certificate" from Dataiku. Lastly, in March 2019, Marlon completed the "Oxford Fintech Programme" from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
