Lutz Herborn

Lutz Herborn is a Project Manager at STAUFEN since March 2021, previously holding roles as an Associate and Consultant. Prior experience includes a Master’s thesis focused on process mining in supply chain management at Barkawi Management Consultants, where Lutz developed a process mining concept using Celonis software and supported the creation of a proof of concept. Lutz also worked as a working student at INERATEC GmbH, assisting with business management evaluations and ERP system maintenance, and served as an intern in production planning at Daimler AG, coordinating industrialization schedules and project management activities. Lutz began a career in academia as a Research Assistant at the Chair of Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organization at Technische Universität Kaiserslautern. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Engineering from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
