Nick Kupka

Nick Kupka specializes in operational excellence with a focus on optimization in assembly, manufacturing, and logistics. Currently serving as an Associate at STAUFEN since November 2021, Nick also has consulting experience in factory planning. Prior roles include a Master's degree candidate at Technische Universität Dortmund, where Nick worked on the development of a tool for forming gears, and an intern at CLAAS, where technical concepts for sensor use in tires were developed. Nick has held positions at Fraunhofer IML, ifp consulting, and AUDI AG, focusing on process analysis, optimization, and layout planning in various industrial settings. Nick holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from TU Dortmund University.
