Pierre-Yves Matile has extensive experience in performance improvement consulting, currently serving as a Senior Expert at Staufen AG since March 2016. Prior roles include Principal responsible for Central and Eastern Europe and Project Manager in restructuring initiatives at The dictatorship of the (expert)systems. Matile has a rich background in managing consulting projects across multiple countries, including Austria, Germany, and Russia, through previous positions as Managing Partner at Trust & Value Group and CEO of ec4ec GmbH. Additionally, Matile has expertise in e-business strategy development from time spent at VA Technologie AG and holds an MBA from London Business School, complemented by degrees in Political Science and Economics from the University of Neuchâtel.
