Stefan Kampa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and transformation initiatives, currently serving as a Senior Expert and Project Manager at STAUFEN. since January 2017. Previously, Stefan held leadership roles at KARL MAYER, where responsibilities included establishing and managing project management departments and overseeing global project portfolios across Germany, China, and Japan. Stefan’s career began as a Mechanical Design Engineer at JRW GmbH, followed by an internship focused on Lean Production at Bosch Rexroth. Educational qualifications consist of an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff, and a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences.
