Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Mars from August 2013 to July 2021, where Elizabeth held multiple roles culminating as a Product Development & Deployment Scientist, focusing on the Care & Treats portfolio for Australia and New Zealand, aimed at achieving profitable growth. Elizabeth's earlier career includes positions as a Product Development Technologist, Product Development Technician, and Aquatic Education Instructor at UNSW, contributing from January 2006 to July 2013, alongside a brief stint as a Vacation Student at ANSTO in 2011. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Chemical Engineering from UNSW, completed in 2012.
