Prior to Staughton Group, Emma worked at Aspire Support Services as Human Resource and Quality Manager and held the position of Human Resources Officer - Workforce Resourcing at AlburyCity. Emma's career began in the early 2000s with roles in styling and executive assistance. Educationally, Emma holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus in Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University, along with multiple diplomas in Human Resources Management and Management from Wodonga Tafe.
