Kosta Ligris

Kosta is a lifelong entrepreneur and the founder of the Ligris Companies (Ligris), a collection of professional services, real estate, and consulting firms with offices in Boston, Newton and Wellesley, Massachusetts.

Under his leadership, Ligris has grown to become among the largest transactional firms in Massachusetts while expanding title operations along the East Coast. While Kosta now serves Ligris as chairman, he continues to advise startups and founders, particularly in fintech and prop tech verticals, both as an active angel investor and as Entrepreneur in Residence at the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship.

Kosta has over two decades of experience in all aspects of real estate and mortgage banking, “from dirt to disposition,” including having provided legal services, title and settlement operations and regulatory compliance for some of the largest real estate firms and lenders in New England and beyond.
