McKenzie Glandorf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and customer relations. Currently serving as the VP of Client Success at Stax.ai since October 2022, McKenzie previously held the role of Customer Success Manager at the same company. Prior to this, McKenzie worked at KAR Global from April 2015 to October 2022 as a Client Relations Manager. McKenzie also gained hands-on experience as a Certified Massage Therapist at Massage Envy from December 2011 to January 2015. Academically, McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an Associate's degree in Massage Therapy from National American University, complemented by a High School Diploma from Stillwater Area High School.
